We are looking for a proactive university student with a strong solution-oriented attitude, fintech interest, and the ability to work independently. If you see yourself in finance, want connect finance with AI and tech and enjoy taking the driver’s seat, we are looking for you.

As Trainee in our Valuation team, you will work at the intersection of finance and technology - focusing on driving & developing new tools and ways for automation, and the smart utilization of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

With the support and under leadership of experienced subject-matter valuation experts you will drive following:

• Tools/Solutions/Templates Development: Take ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimizing various internal tools, solutions and templates.

• Model Digitalization: Actively drive the transition of our financial models into more automated versions.

• Process Automation: Look for ways to automate repetitive tasks within our current workflows and increase overall efficiency.

• AI Implementation: Explore, test, and implement AI-driven tools to enhance our data utilization.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• Current University student (Finance, Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields are welcome).

• Working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Previous experience with automation tools, basic programming/scripting or building online/web applications is a plus.

• Interest in finance, economics and capital markets.

• Pro-active result driven attitude.
