Our Deal Advisory team at KPMG supports Slovak and international investors throughout the transaction process by providing financial due diligence, advisory on SPA and purchase price mechanisms and other transaction related advisory services. Our in-depth financial analyses help clients make informed decisions, support negotiations, define transaction mechanisms, and assess potential purchase price adjustments. We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager.

What you will focus on:

• leading financial due diligence engagements, including the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial information

• managing projects and coordinating workstreams to ensure high-quality delivery

• analysing financial data, financial projections, products and markets, cash flows, accounting, and information systems

• assessing risks and opportunities that transactions bring to clients

• preparing and presenting clear reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders

• leading, supporting, and developing a team of specialists

• supporting business development, cross-selling opportunities, and strengthening client relationships

• bringing ideas on how to use AI and new technologies to improve the way we work

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

What is important to us:

• university degree, ideally in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field

• strong experience in audit, financial due diligence, transaction advisory, reporting or similar areas. 

• experience with leading projects and managing teams

• strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work with complex information

• professional presence and excellent communication skills

• proactive approach to developing client relationships and business opportunities

• ability to work in a team and contribute to the team development nurturing and growing talent

• openness to AI and new technologies

• fluent Slovak and English

• Other language skills, in particular German, are of advantage
