SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Senior Consultant – Materials Management (MM)

About the role

As an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Senior Consultant – Materials Management (MM), you will help clients transform their procurement, inventory management and supply chain processes using SAP best practices.

You will lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, design and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, and guide clients from requirements and design through testing, go-live and stabilization. You will work with international teams, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development of our SAP Public Cloud practice.

What will you do:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud MM, Procurement and Inventory Management solutions.

• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

• Configure key processes including Source-to-Pay, Operational Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory and Material Master Data.

• Lead MM/Procurement workstreams, coordinating activities, priorities, risks, issues and dependencies.

• Support functional specifications, integrations, data migration and cutover activities.

• Lead SIT and UAT, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Build trusted client relationships and provide clear recommendations to business and management stakeholders.

• Challenge existing processes and help clients maximize the value of SAP standard functionality.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to proposals, demonstrations and knowledge development.

• Stay current with SAP Public Cloud innovations, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What are we looking for:

• 5+ years of SAP MM/Procurement consulting experience.

• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, Inventory Management and Material Master Data.

• Experience leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.

• Knowledge of integrations with SAP FI, CO, SD and PP; SAP EWM and Ariba experience is an advantage.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, APIs and Cloud ERP architecture.

• Experience with testing, data migration and cutover.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate and agile delivery.

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

• Fluent Slovak or Czech and English.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex problems and identify practical solutions.

• Ability to plan, prioritize and take ownership of delivery commitments.

• Client-focused communication and presentation skills.

• A mindset focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new SAP, digital and emerging technologies.

• Ability to work independently while supporting and developing junior team members.
